As part of the Renault program, our team is committed to upholding the Renault Customer Charter. This means your vehicle will be serviced in a state-of-the-art Renault approved service centre, which offers the latest in technology, service programs and factory registered technicians.

Additionally, John Davis Renault customers can choose to enjoy our lounge area or free courtesy transportation service.

The customer lounge area includes:

  • Flat Screen Television
  • WIFI access

We also offer customers the opportunity to be driven to local public transport while their Renault is being serviced.
